Had a nice morning walk listening to Bubblegum Oldies on Pandora. Most of the oldies have a peppy beat to keep me moving. A pleasant 60 degrees out this morning. Wore capri pants and a long sleeved top. Far different from last night's workout.
Stayed up way too late watching Army wives that I DVR'ed. Hard to get out of bed. Glad I did.
Came home and did a few reps of leg exercises using 5 lb. weights. I wanted to start with my 3 lb. weights, but I could only find one of the set. Children...grrrr.
I'm down four pounds as of this morning.
