Distance: 1.55 miles
Pace: 12 minute mile easy treadmill run
Eric isn't feeling his best, so I offered to sit out at Evan's soccer practice tonight. Oh thank the Lord that it was cancelled due to rain! If I had been out there, I was going to wear my running clothes and just run around to stay warm!
Thankfully, I came home at a decent hour and ran my easy day one mile on the treadmill. Got it all done and out of the way before dinner.
Can't beat that.
