I ran yesterday but didn't post! Time just got away from me. And my dishwasher broke, and I had to wash an entire dishwasher full of dishes by hand. Anyhow...here are yesterday's stats.

Distance: 2.54 miles
Avg. Pace: 14:37/mi.

I ran two segments of 3/4 miles each. I was pleased because I managed to maintain at least a three-minute pace for each 1/4 mile.

I'll be running two full miles on Thursday. I expect it to take me a while. I need to get good sleep tonight so I can do this!
