Chuggin' Along

Improved my distance and average pace slightly over Sunday night's run. My legs were sore from my 16 tremendous squats yesterday. Sheesh. I am so out of shape.

This morning's run was hard. I definitely didn't feel that runner's high. I am longing for the days when I can go out and jog for 30 minutes and not feel like I am about to pass out. Right now it's just hard.
